At Synergos. Leon leads the Synergos Finance and Strategy organization and in this expanded role, manages the company’s overall financial activities. Maintaining oversight of the company’s financial performance, reporting, long-range business planning and treasury, Leon ensures that Synergos is always operating at peak performance and compliance.
Having extensive experience in the start up and management of small businesses over the two decades, Leon offers his in-depth understanding and operational capacity for financial planning and analysis, business plan development, financial forecasting, financial analysis, and capital commitment planning, as well as competitive analysis and bench marking capabilities of perspective incubator partners. These skill-sets and more provide Synergos Holdings with the tools it requires to succeed in its long term goals and vision
