Michelle Boquiren Urben

Based in Washington DC, Michelle is a founder of, investor in and advisor to transformative private companies and investment funds in both developed and emerging markets.    She has three decades of extensive and in-depth understanding of the investment and wealth management businesses, encompassing strategy, operations, and business development coupled with a sharp focus on venture.  Michelle has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines.

Michelle is deeply committed to giving back to the community and actively participates in mentorship programs, fundraising initiatives, and offers personal support to non-profit organizations, particularly those focused on sustainability and innovation.   She serves as chairman of the board at District Bridges, focused on community ecosystem development of six major Washington DC main streets thereby fostering equitable and resilient communities.  Michelle serves on the board of  the DC Tech and Venture Coalition, dedicated to strengthening the innovation industry in DC and giving back to the everyday people who work in it. This dedication highlights her commitment to making a positive impact on the world beyond the financial realm.
